Additionally, the company has been named a 2016 “Speech Industry Star Performer” by Speech Technology magazine and awarded the “Speech Technology Excellence Award” from CUSTOMER magazine.

Receiving the 2016 “Speech Technology Excellence Award” is Verint Real-Time Speech Analytics. According to TMC’s CUSTOMER magazine, the software demonstrates innovation in speech technology solutions designed to improve the customer experience. Verint Real-Time Speech Analytics leverages conversational indicators and analyzes customer calls as they unfold, enabling organizations to take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
